Cancellation Policy

Salon Cancellation & No-Show Policy At our salon, our stylists operate by appointment only. When a client books, that time is reserved exclusively for them. Last-minute cancellations and no-shows directly impact a stylist’s income and schedule. For this reason, the following policies are strictly enforced: Deposits • A $25 non-refundable deposit is required for all appointments. • The deposit is applied toward the total service cost. • Deposits are forfeited if cancellation guidelines are not followed. Cancellations & Rescheduling • Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled within the required notice period listed at booking. • Failure to provide proper notice will result in loss of deposit. No-Shows • A No-Show is defined as failing to appear for your scheduled appointment without communication. • No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total. • The $25 deposit will be applied toward that balance. The remaining amount will be charged to the card on file. Outstanding Balances • Clients with unpaid cancellation or no-show fees will not be allowed to book future appointments until all balances are paid in full. • Repeated no-shows may result in permanent removal from booking privileges. These policies exist to protect the livelihood of our stylists and ensure fairness to all clients who respect their reserved time. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. A card must be stored on file. or cancellation maybe the result of your appointment.
